Curtis is a veteran in the fitness industry with 13 years of experience. He was a former Australian football player and now specializes as a ladies’ fatloss and transformation coach, as well as a nutritional and lifestyle coach.
His philosophy is finding the perfect balance between mindset, nutrition, and physical activity. Curtis believes that sharing your time, energy, and life with a supportive network of likeminded individuals who aid our overall life happiness and fulfillment is vital.

Lulu is a fitness instructor with a background in fitness theory, exercise phsyiology, personal training, nutritional consultancy, and HIIT. Training all her life, Lulu is also a professional tennis player.
She loves working in a challenging and dynamic atmosphere that makes her work towards her fitness goals.

Specialized in biomechanics, Rokas is a former basketball player with an extensive background in physical training and conditioning. Rokas loves working in fitness environments that allow him to learn, grow, and help people excel in their physical and mental transformations.
